VINYL CUTTING
​
RHM run Graphtec vinyl cutters to a maximum width of 1.5 meters. With the capability to cut any off the shelf vinyl, ranging from standard
CAD vinyls to speciality products such as chrome, flourescent, transparent, metallic and brushed aluminium finish vinyls. Working in conjunction with our Mimaki printers we can produce full colour profile cut text and logos.
FLAT BED ROUTING

Fret cut text and logos add a dimensional look to any kind of display. RHM run a Gerber router with a 3048 x 1350mm flat bed and a range of cutting tools which enable us to cut a variety of substrates such as foam PVC, acrylic, MDF, composite materials and polystyrene, up to a panel depth of 50mm.
INKJET PRINTING
Mimaki’s latest high performance JV300 Series sets a new bench mark for professional wide format printers. With the unrivalled versatility of multiple ink types, the JV300 delivers stunning photo quality prints at class leading speeds and provides the ultimate wide format solution.

LAMINATING & MOUNTING
Digital prints can be enhanced and protected by laminating them with films which have various finishes, such as matte, silk, gloss, anti-glare and scratch resistant laminating films.
RHM can mount to various substrates such as sheet metals, wood, card, foamex and foamcore.

ON-SITE STUDIO
As well as offering a full graphic installation service, we can also provide an on-site studio facility, including full colour printing, vinyl cutting, laminating and mounting, This offers the flexibility of producing last minute extras on-site, eliminating the need for costly couriers and extra transport to site.
FLAT BED PRINTING

The Canon Arizona features a bed size of 2.5 meters by 3.05 meters and includes a UV curing system. It is ideal for banner and outdoor work, and the high definition print mode delivers incredibly fine image reproduction. It is capable of printing directly onto various substrates up to a depth of 50mm in CMYK and white inks.
